I sit at the intersection of documentation, process, and lived experience with broken systems. My work exists so your team doesn’t have to carry every dropped ball alone.
Clinics, firms, and billing companies rarely lose sleep over the easy cases. The problems come from a very specific layer of work: the outliers, the unclear denials, the referrals that never close the loop, and the cases that fall between “operations” and “legal” and “no one owns this.”
That gray area is where I focus. I reconstruct what happened, identify where process failed or communication fractured, and build documentation that allows your internal teams, plans, or outside counsel to make decisions from a clear record.
